disappointed

Received this watch as a gift and one crystal as fallen out. I've emailed the company 3 times asking for a replacement and NO customer support. I have put clear nail polish over the remaining crystals in hopes of retaining them, but the missing one shows up as a black area and very noticable, so it looks cheap to wear it. I thought for the price you would have some kind of customer service. Be sure to take some measure of protecting the crystals before your wear the watch. It is really pretty.

Looked Cheap

I bought this because I had seen them somewhere and thought they were cute. I even tried on a rose gold and it looked good against my brown skin. However, when I put this on my arm it just seemed really cheap. I felt like just a plastic toy watch. I just thought for that price it seemed cheap and flimsy. I returned it.

Gorgeous Watch!!!

This watch is even more beautiful in person. The face of it is large, so know that up front. The diameter of the outer edge of the stones on the face is 1.5 inches. It's exactly what I wanted and knew the size before purchasing. I don't have small wrists, but will still need 1 or 2 links to be taken out. The watch came in the original Michael Kors box with tag. MK knows how to do watches and this one is no exception!
