I bought this watch for my fiancé for her birthday. The first one that i got had crystals missing as soon as she opened it. Sent it back and ordered another opened it looked fine then my fiancé put it on and crystals fell out. I am guessing that this is a defective design or Michael Kors is just putting out cheap products. Trying to send it back now hopefully Dreamshopee is easy to deal with.
